PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST!

Please explain clearly what the problem is. Give us the order number, and the date of purchase. We will respond to your email in 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays). You will receive an RA# (return authorization number). Make sure you write this on the outside of the box.

All items returned must be shipped pre-paid, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returned merchandise will be inspected before refunds are issued. Returns made after 14 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is only refundable if the error is ours, or the stock is defective.
