Our Designer Pencil Kit uses the upgraded German Pencil Mechanism. The smooth quarter turn advancement is the same as the Big Ben Cigar Pencil. This is a favorite among pen makers! This kit is NOT the same as Penn State's. Your Penn State bushings and drill bit will NOT fit this kit. This kit requires drill size 'R' and our APWDBU2 bushings.
